Sustainability Detective: Pilot Program
Some call me a know-it-all, but I prefer to think of myself as a detective. For over a decade, I’ve been investigating sustainable solutions in the cosmetics industry — first as a formulator, then as a manufacturer, and now as your sustainability detective.

The Process
Day 1-2: On-Site Investigation Two full days at your facility, diving deep into every aspect of your business. I’ll interview key team members, examine processes, and uncover both challenges and opportunities.
Week 2-3: Analysis & Solutions I’ll analyze findings, research solutions, and prepare detailed recommendations that balance ambition with practicality.
Week 4: Presentation We’ll discuss findings, explore opportunities, and chart a course toward genuine sustainability.
Pilot Offer: Pay What You Value
For this pilot program, I’m using a value-based pricing model. As guidance:
- Minimum viable value: €1250
- Fair market value: €2000
- Investment in future: €2750
